PK’s Roosevelt Room
Daily: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Monday, Thursday & Sunday: 5:00–9:30 PM

Prohibition Kitchen is serving up music and style on St. George Street. Our two-level seating area is outfitted in a vintage industrial style.
Restaurant-goers may dine on the first floor in intimate booths for speakeasy vibes, or enjoy a meal on the balcony level overlooking the stage and bar area.
The building has been artfully renovated using reclaimed materials from the original colonial structure, like the 400-year-old heart of pine ceiling boards, which were used to create the bar and tables.

PK’s chefs strive to showcase the finest local farmers, fishermen, butchers & bakers.

Escape into the clandestine, mysterious and illegal world of flapper dresses, speakeasies, moonshine, and swing.
Note: Prohibition Kitchen does not take reservations, but PK’s Roosevelt Room does.

This place truly stands out as one of the best spots in St. Augustine. The atmosphere is incredible — live music, a lively crowd, and a unique vintage vibe that makes you feel like you’ve stepped back into the Prohibition era. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. If you’re in St. Augustine, this place is a MUST visit. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town!
This place more than exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was whimsical and fun. The server was very sweet and attentive. I had the best chicken sandwich of my life here. I added buffalo sauce to the pickled tomatoes which elevated the flavor and was absolutely incredible. My partner got the steak sandwich with a killer aoli sauce. They go above and beyond.
Delicious food and great service! The lobster roll and sweet tea are a must-try. My wife loved the Swiss burger and root beer float. The pretzel was a nice starter. Nicole, our waitress, was excellent —friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!
